Studio Bound was commissioned to generate performance and set concepts for a modern production of journey to the west to take place in a purpose built theatre in the round. The set features a 360 degree projected dome, 6m deep aquarium ring that rises up out of the floor surrounding a stage of versatile platform risers, and a full articulating flying rig.
